1 Eligibility & Application

The Program is open to individuals and businesses who can lawfully promote Cybraxo in a compliant and ethical way. We may accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, including based on quality, traffic sources, audience fit, brand safety, or compliance risk.

• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information in your application and keep it current.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• You are responsible for ensuring participation is legal where you operate.
• We aim to respond to applications within 2–3 business days, but this is not guaranteed.

2 Affiliate Relationship

You act as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise.

• You must not present yourself as Cybraxo staff or an official representative.
• You must not make promises about pricing, availability, delivery times, refunds, or warranties beyond our published policies.
• You must comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection rules (including UK rules where relevant).

3 Approved Promotion Methods

You may promote Cybraxo through content and placements that are lawful, transparent, and brand-safe.

• Content marketing (blogs, reviews, editorial placements)
• Social media content (organic posts, short-form video)
• Email marketing to a lawful, opted-in list (where permitted and compliant)
• Paid ads only if compliant and not misleading, and without trademark abuse (see below)
• Price-comparison and deal pages, provided they are accurate and updated

4 Prohibited Traffic & Brand Safety

To protect customers and the brand, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Spam, unsolicited messages, or any form of abusive outreach.
• Misleading claims, fake scarcity, fake reviews, or impersonation.
• Trademark bidding or use of “Cybraxo” (or confusingly similar terms) in ad copy, domains, or social handles without written permission.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, invisible iframes, or other deceptive tracking practices.
• Traffic from malware, adware, pop-unders, click farms, incentivised clicks, or other low-quality sources.
• Content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, or otherwise unsafe for the brand.

5 Tracking, Validation & Attribution

If tracking is provided (for example, via referral links or codes), you must use it only as instructed. Orders and actions may be subject to validation, fraud checks, returns, cancellations, and compliance review.

• We may exclude transactions that are cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or non-compliant.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted tracking due to factors outside our control (browser settings, ad blockers, device limitations).
• Any disputes should be raised promptly and with supporting information.

6 Commission & Payments

Commission rates and commercial terms are agreed individually. Payment is made on an agreed schedule, subject to validation and compliance.

• We may require basic information needed to process payments and comply with legal requirements.
• We may withhold or reverse commission for invalid, refunded, disputed, or non-compliant transactions.
• Taxes, reporting, and legal obligations related to your earnings are your responsibility.

7 Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

We may provide logos, product images, and brand assets (“Materials”) for use solely to promote Cybraxo. You must follow any brand guidelines we provide and must not modify Materials in a misleading way.

• No use of Materials that suggests endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship.
• No registration of domains or social accounts confusingly similar to Cybraxo.
• Stop using Materials immediately upon termination or on request.

8 Compliance, Disclosures & Laws

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required (for example, “ad”, “sponsored”, “affiliate link”), and comply with applicable laws and platform policies (including consumer protection and advertising rules).

• Disclosures must be clear, prominent, and placed close to the affiliate content.
• You must comply with data protection rules when collecting or using personal data.
• Where you promote to UK consumers, you must follow relevant UK guidance and regulations.

9 Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created brand risk, or engaged in prohibited practices.

• On termination, you must stop using Cybraxo Materials and remove/disable tracking links where requested.
• Validated commissions earned prior to termination may be paid, subject to fraud/compliance checks.
• We may withhold amounts related to invalid or non-compliant activity.

10 Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybraxo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill) arising from participation in the Program, tracking interruptions, or third-party platform changes.

• Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
• Your participation is at your own risk and subject to compliance and validation.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when changes were made. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
