This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and faulty item reports work for purchases made on zdravexx.com. Please read it alongside our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy.
You may request a return for most items purchased on zdravexx.com within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items meet all conditions set out in this policy. This policy applies to customers in the UK and worldwide, subject to any additional rights granted by your local consumer laws.
To start a return, contact us at info@zdravexx.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Email info@zdravexx.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and return reason.
We will review your request and send you return instructions, including the return address. Do not send items before receiving these instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked postal service. Keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your refund is processed.
Once we receive the item, we inspect it to confirm it meets our return conditions. If approved, your refund is issued within 14 days to your original payment method.

We may reduce the refund amount if returned items are missing components, tags, or packaging, or show signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods. We will always inform you before making any deduction.

Because many of our products are made to order and go into production shortly after your order is confirmed, we may not be able to cancel or amend an order once it has entered production or been dispatched. If cancellation is not possible, you may follow the returns process after delivery.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. If the order is already dispatched, address changes may not be possible and additional fees may apply if the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address.
