Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, production (where applicable), quality checking, packing, and handover to the courier.

What happens after you place an order

During promotional events, seasonal sales, or peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday), processing times may be slightly longer. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will aim to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are shown clearly at checkout before you place your order. The same pricing rules apply to UK and international orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

The final shipping price is always confirmed at checkout before payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated in our Returns & Refund Policy.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times below are estimates from the date your order is dispatched (not from the date of purchase). Actual transit times depend on destination, courier service levels, and local conditions.

4. Tracking & Delivery Updates

Where available, we provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Tracking links are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout, and may also be accessible through your account on the Website.

• Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take some time to appear after dispatch
• Some services or destinations may have limited tracking availability depending on the courier network used
• If you suspect your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@zdravexx.com with your order number and any available tracking details

Parcel shows as delivered but not received?

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please:

• Check safe places around your property (porch, side gate, garden shed)
• Check with neighbours or your building's reception desk
• Check for a delivery notification card from the courier
• Contact us promptly at info@zdravexx.com if the parcel still cannot be located

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international deliveries outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and clearance charges imposed by your country's local authority or customs agency. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs delays

Customs inspections can delay delivery. We are unable to influence or predict customs processing times and cannot reimburse costs arising from customs delays.

Refused customs charges

If you refuse to pay applicable customs charges and the parcel is returned to us or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority, we may be unable to offer a full refund. In such cases, we may refund only the product price minus any fees incurred (return shipping, handling, customs costs), depending on the outcome and applicable law.

6. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check all address fields carefully — including street name, house number, postcode/ZIP code, city, and country — before placing your order.

Address errors

If you notice a mistake in your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@zdravexx.com. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to correct the address. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

Returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect from a collection point, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may:

• re-ship the parcel to you at your cost; or
• issue a refund for the returned items minus shipping and handling fees where permitted by law.

7. Restricted Destinations

We do not ship to certain countries and territories due to legal compliance requirements, international sanctions, carrier limitations, or logistical constraints. This list may be updated at any time without prior notice.

If your destination is on the restricted list, you will be unable to complete checkout, or your order may be cancelled and refunded.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Public holidays in the destination country
• Unforeseen logistics or supply chain constraints
