Placing an order on zdravexx.com is simple. Browse our shop, select the items you'd like, choose your size and quantity, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, head to checkout — you'll need to be logged in to your account (or create one if you haven't already). Follow the steps to enter your delivery address and payment details, then confirm your order.

Yes — a registered account is required to complete a purchase on zdravexx.com. Creating an account is free and only takes a moment. It also lets you track your orders, manage your details, and view your order history.

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We offer refunds only — no exchanges.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

Yes — many of our products are produced on a made-to-order basis. This means your item is manufactured specifically for you once your order is placed. This is part of our commitment to reducing waste and producing only what is needed.
This is also why we begin production quickly after an order is confirmed, which affects our ability to cancel or modify orders once placed.
Care instructions are printed on the label inside each garment. We always recommend following the label instructions carefully to keep your items looking their best.
As a general rule for printed and graphic items: wash inside out at a low temperature, avoid tumble drying where possible, and do not iron directly on any printed area.
