5.5 Made-to-order products

Many of our products are produced on a made-to-order basis. This means items are manufactured specifically for you once your order is placed. As a result, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, which is relevant to our cancellation policy (see Section 9).

6. Orders & Payment

6.1 Placing an order

By completing checkout and submitting your order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

6.2 Order confirmation

Once your order is accepted, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive a confirmation within a reasonable time. 6.3 Payment methods

We currently accept payment by Visa and Mastercard only. We do not accept cash, bank transfers, cheques, or any other payment methods unless specifically stated. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details — payment is handled directly by our secure payment processor.

6.4 Currency & charges

Payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. Your card provider may apply currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges — these are outside our control and are your responsibility.

6.5 Failed or declined payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your card details and try again, or contact your bank. We are not responsible for any charges your bank may apply in connection with a failed transaction.

We reserve the right to carry out security checks and, where we suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method, to refuse or cancel an order and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

7.1 Delivery address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. Additional costs arising from address errors or failed deliveries may be charged to you.

7.2 Delivery timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs inspections, peak periods, or events beyond our control.

7.3 Risk of loss

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. Title in the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.

8.1 Right to cancel (UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 9. Cancellations & Changes

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zdravexx.com. Because many of our items are made to order and go into production shortly after your order is confirmed, we may not be able to cancel or amend an order once it has entered production or been dispatched.

If cancellation is not possible before dispatch, you may follow the returns process after delivery, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept, additional shipping fees may apply.
