How to Choose the Right Clothing Size — The Complete Zdravexx Guide

Getting the wrong size is the number one reason people return clothes online. This guide will help you measure yourself correctly, read size charts confidently, and always pick the perfect fit — whether you’re shopping for yourself or someone else.

Whether you’re browsing our men’s collection, exploring women’s clothing, or picking pieces for the little ones from our kids & youth range — this guide has everything you need.

Step 1 — Take Your Measurements Correctly

Before you look at any size chart, you need a few key measurements. Grab a soft measuring tape (the sewing kind, not a metal one) and follow these steps:

  1. Chest / Bust — Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the floor. Don’t pull too tight — you should be able to breathe normally.
  2. Waist — Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.
  3. Hips — Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, roughly 20cm below your waist.
  4. Inseam (for trousers) — Measure from your crotch to your ankle along the inside of your leg.
  5. Height — Stand flat against a wall without shoes and measure from the floor to the top of your head.
💡 Pro tip from Zdravexx Always measure over light clothing or underwear only. Having someone else help gives much more accurate results than measuring alone. Write down your measurements before you start shopping.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I’m between two sizes?

Go with the larger size if you prefer a relaxed or comfortable fit. Go with the smaller size if you prefer a fitted, tailored look. When in doubt, check whether the item description mentions “runs large” or “true to size.”

Do Zdravexx clothes shrink in the wash?

Most of our garments are pre-shrunk, but we always recommend washing at 30°C or following the care label instructions. Always check the label before your first wash.

Are your sizes UK or US?

Our size labels use standard international sizing (XS–3XL). The charts above include UK size equivalents for women’s clothing. If you’re unsure, always go by the centimetre measurements rather than the label.

What about accessories and hats?

Most of our hats are one-size-fits-all or adjustable. Our bags and footwear follow standard sizing — check the individual product pages for details.

Can I return something if it doesn’t fit?

Absolutely. We offer a straightforward returns process — read our full Returns & Refund Policy for all the details. You can also check our FAQ page for quick answers.
